St. Bernard Curfew Last Updated 2/18/2008

Curfews are in place to protect our children. Help us to keep them safe by ensuring they know the curfew hours and by knowing where there are at all times. Let’s keep them safe from predators and from crime.

Our City ordinances establish both a night and day curfew for all Juveniles (Persons under the age of Eighteen (18) years).

Night - Time Curfew hours are between the hours of
12:00 midnight and 5:00 A.M.

Day - Time Curfew hours are between the hours of
9 A.M. and 2 P.M. on school days.

During these curfew hours Juveniles must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or other adult person having the care and custody of said minor. If not, they are in violation of curfew ordinances.

Parents are held responsible for the curfew violations of their minor children.

Let’s keep our kids safe!
